As the title says: sometimes when I hit "M" to open the pip-boy map screen, the game crashes: it just closes without a single message, visual glitch, nothing. This has been happening since the very start of the game, but at first I just ignored it as it only happened occasionally and I'm used to bugs, especially in a newly-released Bethesda title. However, I've had 6 crashes in the past half-hour of gameplay... I have to keep reminding myself NOT to open the map with the key, but instead open the pip-boy and then choose the map tab, as I haven't (yet) seen a crash opening it that way.
