Crash when leveling + other bugs

hello

i've just reinstalled fallout 3
and added lots of mods that i didn't used last time
but i've got crashes

i crash when i lvl (just out of the vault
and i crashed too when i tried to make a new game (it worked once)
for the new game it's just at the end of amata's dialog when she wake you up

second bug it's not a crash but some rooms in the vault have lost there ground
npcs fall trough

Well for one you are using FOOK2, FWE and XFO, all which are not compatible to each other (especially XFO is completely redundant in this case because all those modules you have listed are integrated in FWE).
Also have you applied the Fallout multicore fix?

either if i want to restart (when i say amata what i think is the last sentence or maybe when she gives the gun) it crash
and when i'm out and going to lvl it crash too
i have a dual core and i've added the fix anyway but nothing changed

i have disabled xfo and tried without fo3 or fwe but it crash too

It looks like you are using FOOK 2 1.0? Or FOOK2 1.1 Beta? If you are using FOOK2 1.1 Beta 1 then you need to remove all of the plugins.(Such as EVE,[censored]) And you might want to try a merged patch as well.The new FOOK2 1.1 beta 2 is not yet set to use mmm (That i am aware of). You may aswell upgrade to FOOK2 1.1 beta 2 as most of the CTD's have been fixed for most people. I'm also not sure if the shojo race is compatiable with FOOK 2? China.

even with every mods desactiveted the game still crash at the begginning (after choosing three feats)
i have desabled archive invalidation too and still crash
first oblivion now fallout...

If you are having issues with BOTH Oblivion and Fallout than there is more than a Mod problem. You HAVE to have invalidation activated to run most mods.Don't give up there are enough people here with years of modding to get you through this.

oblivion is special i have played it for years but i allways had crash with it
even if my rig have changed since then still i get crash (but mostly mod related i guess)

for fallout i will try to reinstall even if it's getting on my nerves (as i really don't know what i could have done wrong)
too bad there is no wyre bash out there
and i don't really get how works fo3 edit

i would like to know if a crash like mine can occur just if i have a wrong file in my data folder
and if it can then how can i find it (and yes it's a bump too)
