I have not played Skyrim in a few months and decided to play it. It crashes when I load a saved game or when I try to load a new game. I have tried unloading certain mods that could cause the issue. I have tried using BOSS. I tried verifying.

OK so I would start with the mods. Uncheck all your mods (the DLC can remain checked). ALso rename these folders in the data folder of the Skyrim main directory: textures, meshes, interfaces, and scripts. See if the issue goes away.

Also get rid of Skse mods and enb series if you have them.
