Hi, i have a huge problem, because the game crashes everytime at this point

Memory Allocation Error - I′ve changed RAM, defraged my harddisk, settings up and down, changed to english (from german), RAM timing adjusted. I use the game with origin.

Windows 8 32Bit
4 GB Ram (2,75 available)
Radeon 7870 with 2GB Beta Driver 13.6
Q6700 with 2,6Ghz stock

Hope someone can help me. Because it is short before a save point and i can′t go further
