So I am doing the quests for the Boomers, and I have got to the point were I have to attach Ballasts to a sunken B-29 for Loyal. But the thing is, I dont know how I am supposed to attach them, I found the B-29 and I have the ballasts, but I cant seem to attach them to the crashed plane. Help?

Look under the wings.
You should see an outline where you can attach them.
