I crashed the protagonist! : Fallout 4

hello to everyone,

I have a problem with the fallout version 4 for Xbox one,

in game no longer work the A button and the left stick,

if within the Pipboy instead work, I tried to save the previous charge (even several hours before) but the result does not change.

naturally I tried the other joypad without results, the protagonist does not move in space and can not interact with the A button,

thanks, and I hope it is a solvable problem because it would be very frustrating to lose, and having to redo more than twenty hours of play ....

Assume you have done a hard restart of the console?

Yeah, I had a similar problem. I could do everything but move directionally. I tried an earlier load, I reloaded the disk, hard reset game player including resetting my router, and finally tried to start a new game. Unfortunately for me, after over 5 days worth of play time, the old game was then erased. However, I can move in the new game. So, I would love to know if there is a patch forthcoming as this may happen again and I really don't want to start ove a third time.
