When ever i try to load a game or try to start a new one, it starts to load, then it crashes and i have tried every fix there is and nothing is working. Does any one know what could be wrong?

Are you using any mods? If so, post your load order. Are your mods properly sorted?
Have you updated to the latest Games for Windows Marketplace Client? http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/pc/downloadclient if you haven't.
