Hopefully right area. In getting crashes and freezes with a new setup.

I7 processor
8gb ram
550 power supply (bronze)

150 mods installed

First question is should i be gettting really good performance from this and are crashes related to user error. Looks like game set itself to ultra but ive noticed object popin such as grass and barricades in front of forts
Ive been using nexus mm along with skse loot to sort order. Loot doesn't show any errors just cleaning needed on 20 mods
I dont feel super comfortable going into skyrim folders but this almost seems to be a must to install skyrim performance monitor etc
Lots of google searches seem to be problems that happened in 2011-2012

What mods are you using and are you using loot to sort the mods?

Using any texture mods?

Using an ENB?

I am using loot
Lots of texture mods so maybe i bit off more than it can handle
No enb
Using skyrim official hd, flora overhaul, grass on roids, realstic wAter, ruffled feather, hd fire
Other big mods are interesting npcs and too immersion mods

Like i said maybe i have overvalued my specs?

List all the mods and the load order please.

Also it might help us if you can post your full dxdiag.exe report in spoiler tags please.
