When I first got NV for my Xbox it worked perfectly fine, I did not have a single crash or glitch happen, but recently It's been crashing all the time. Especially around Novac, when I exit/enter an area I an met with a Black Screen that doesn't seem to go away, or it crashes on the loading screen. I restart my console, but doing this corrupts my autosave which I rely on as a checkpoint rather than an actual save file, I of course have two saves a manual save and an Auto-Save. I manual save after every auto save.

I've had the game installed to the HDD since I got it (I also purchased the DLC's as well).

If I avoid Novac the game is fine, it's odd though as this has only started happening.

Anyone else had these issues?

I also have it on PS3 as well (with all DLC's), while it's laggy, it doesn't seem to crash as much as the Xbox version does now.

(As a side note, I got it on PS3 because at the time I did not have an Xbox, and back then I was able to use the PS3 more)
