Crashes at startup...

Ok, so I just finished my computer and I'm trying to figure out why New Vegas is crashing. I can't figure it out. I think I've reinstalled everything correctly but perhaps I've missed something.

Win 7 Pro 64
8 Gig Ram
eVGA GTS 660 Ti Superclock 2 gig.
