Crashes when i start new, or load a save.

So i install Fallout v.1.0.0.12 and it works fine, even played around with a couple mods.
I was really looking forward to trying "Fallout Wanderers Edition" but it requires FOSE, and it turns out FOSE in not compatible with v1.0.0.12 so i update to a version FOSE can work with, and so begins my trouble.

crashes when i try to start new game or load one.

iv uninstalled and re installed this tons of times, i tryed tons of versions 1.0.0.12, 1.0.0.15, 1.7.0.03, tryed 1.0.0.12 GOTYE aswell
and more, i forgot the others.
but yeah, just wont start.

i understand my computer probably is not recommended to run it, but when it was first 1.0.0.12 it ran just fine granted id keep everything at the lowest settings.

heres some of my computers info

Windows 7 64bit
Mobile Inter® 4 Series Express Chipset Family
Intell® Celeron® CPU 900 @2.20GHz 2.19GHZ
2 Ram, aswell as a 4gb sd card devoted to readyboost =]

been trying prity dam hard to play FWE, so yah any help would be awsum.

so i just tryed installing the original version (1.0.0.12) that actually worked and now it doesn't! 0_o....
while this is confusing, its probably a good thing, it must mean i added/changed something causing it not to work, meaning if i fix this i can run any version (i think, just a thought)

Mobile Intel? 4 Series Express Chipset Family

How you even got the game to work with that chipset in the first place is an accomplishment and probably an anomaly at the same time.

Usually the game would just crash trying to run on one of these as they are unsupported. The hardware implementation to handle shaders required for these games are heavily skimped on with these chipsets. These are more meant for business applications and general usage as opposed to gaming. Whatever issues you all of a sudden started getting are likely due to that.
