I seem to notice that every now and then my game crashes out for no reason, I will be playing along and it just shuts down and says Oblivion encountered a problem and needs to shut down.
Now this doesn't bother me usually as it does not happen to often but I have noticed that some areas, especially leading up to hermaeus moras shrine it crashes to the desktop quite frequently. there may be other areas but I have either not found them or visited them often enough to notice it. below is my load order (sorted by boss)

Yep thats my load order, it was sorted using boss.

alright a few suggestions for ya.
1. install the http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=1417 and all other unofficial patches for the DLC's.
2. Download the latest masterlist for BOSS and run it again
3. If you can use wrye bash i suggest downloading and installing and making a bashed patch, that will merge alot of mods together and make it run smoother.

Okay thanks not to sure about wyre bash yet. As for boss masterlist where can I download the latest one, I thought I had it tbh.
I was also told that installing the unofficial patch might mess my saves up, as I have played through quite a bit (level 11) and adding the patch at this late date may cause problems, is this true or is there a way to install with no problems.

Wrye Bash is pretty much essential if you're using overhauls or lots of mods. It's really easy to use once you get the hang of it.

You can add the Unofficial Patches + Supplemental Patches to an existing game without any issues.

wrye bash is scary at first but keep at it, once you figure it out you wont want to play without it! the bashed patch is invaluable and BAIN is so much better than ObMM

Well i downloaded wyre bash so it's only a matter of time, whats BAIN? i never heard of that
