Why does your mods have .esmesm and .espesp. Is it just a typo when you posted here.
You have a lot of mods and a few of them are overhaul mods. You have quite a few town and cities mods including the Cutting Room Floor which has made some changes to some locations. That could be causing some of the random crashes especially if there is an issue with a nav space.
As for the Tanning Rack it could be quite a few mods that might have a conflict. You do have Perma and the proccer patch which I think is Patchus Maximus. I have only used that mod once and it was only active for a short time since I did not like it. That mod and SkyRe can be tricky to get it working correctly if not installed correctly especially if using a bashed patch. The tanning rack issue could be related to one of the town/city overhaul mods and one or more of your mods that have added recipes to the tanning rack.
As for Follower you do have a few mods that alter Followers so it could be a conflict with one of those as well as a mod that has added items which might not work with a follower. I believe at one point the wearable lanterns did have issues with followers. I do not know if that was only when using a mod like AFT or UFO to manage followers and I believe that was also on a very old version of the mod.
Did you add/disable/updated/uninstalled any mods before you started to crash. If you only added a mod try going to a game save before that mod was installed and disable the mod and redo the patches for perma and bashed and see if the crashes go away.
if you updated a mod you might need to run through the patches again for Perma, FNIS, and Bashed and hopefully that resolves that issue.
If disabled or uninstalled a mod that could be the reason you are having crashes since your game save is dependent on those mods. You would have to go to a game save before those mod(s) were installed.
A good portion of those mods I have never heard of or used. You might need to read up on the authors suggestion for load order and if they have any compatibility issues,
