What are you going to do about these issues?

The game crashes at least 5 times a day.
The game just crashed 2 times within 5 minutes.
If it's not crashing the connections are horrible.
The beta had these issues as well, but nowhere near as bad.

You would think they would test this kind of crap...

We want an answer.
