Not sure if this has already been addressed, but this is a bug that only started happening to me in my 2nd playthrough. I have 30+ hours in this save file and never had this issue in the past. Fast traveling to or walking to Sanctuary Hills instantly crashes my game to desktop when the area starts to load. The closest I can get is the truck stop nearby. From there, I have used the TFC console command to fly my camera over there. Half the settlement looks sunk in, the textures are incredibly blurry and won't load, and 90% of the things I have built are gone. The settlers are completely avoiding the area where it looks like the land is sunk down into the ground. I have no idea how to fix this without losing a ton of progress and loading a way earlier save file.

Mods?

I am using mods, yes. But I have been using the same mods since the beginning of this playthrough. 30+ hours. No new mods have been installed, and Sanctuary has been working fine up until this point. This just happened today, for the first time. No mods were uninstalled OR installed.
