[HELP] Crashing Near Whiterun : V

So I've decided to begin a new playthrough, this time with a couple of very exciting mods that I've been wanting to try for a long time: Open Cities and Skyrim Redone. However, I've noticed that my game has been pretty finicky. The worst of it is that I can't seem to get anywhere near Whiterun. I've tried running to it from multiple directions, taking a carriage, or just sprinting as fast as I can to see if I can get past whatever problem area is blocking me from the city. But sadly none of these work. Whenever I run or sprint there, it crashes to desktop with no warning; and whenever I travel there by carriage, it freezes on the loading screen. I'll post my load order below. All of the plugins have been cleaned with TES5Edit as instructed by BOSS, and the Bashed Patch and Reproccer are both up to date with my load order. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
