Wrye Mash lists your game files as they load, the ini lists them alphabetically. Anyway, you don't need these files loaded:
GameFile47=Grass_Ascadian Isles.esp
GameFile48=Grass_Bitter Coast.esp
GameFile49=Grass_Grazelands.esp
GameFile50=Grass_West Gash.esp
They're only for creating grass with MGE's distant land. Try that and see if it fixes your problem. If it doesn't, hopefully somebody else will have an answer. By the way, it might help if you posted your mod list from WM.

I had a similar problem recently. The game loaded fine, the mod list from a selected save would load fine, the initial display would render fine but before it finished, it crashed, regardless of whether I was loading in an exterior or interior cell, heavily modded or untouched area. There would be a few seconds of suspense then *splurt*.
By playing around with MGE settings, I was able to solve it by removing one shader (the heaviest one) and lowering distant land settings a little bit.
Maybe try to disable your shaders and your distant land, see if it still crashes. If not, try gradually adding features until it loads pretty much everywhere.
Right, I have recently bumped up some of the shaders actually. I'll disable some of them.
