Crashing At Random Intervals

Hey guys, I'm very sorry to bother you all with another lame crashing problem. I'll just get right to it, I'm crashing at seemingly random times. I thought it might be hitting the memory cap, but I have 4 gb ram on 64 bit vista with the 4gb patch. Here's my load order:

I know my patches are all screwed up. I have a brain issue that causes me to get frustrated very easily, especially if I'm confused. It seems someone named the patches all very similiarly and I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out which went where...I'm almost certain I'm missing on as well...so I hope someone can help...I will be very appreciative!

My computer specs are:

Nvida 9800gts
2.4 core 2 duo
4gb ram
7200 rpm hd

Are you using the latest official patch?

Are you running http://obse.silverlock.org/ if so, what plugins are you using? If you're not already, try http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22282 and/or http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1074487-relzoblivion-stutter-remover/
Are you using the latest BOSS masterlist? Get it http://code.google.com/p/better-oblivion-sorting-software/source/browse/masterlist.txt (right-click on "View raw file" on the right, select "save as", and replace your current masterlist.txt)

EDIT: Damnit, TESNexus is down until about 4Pm est. Anybody have another link to weOCPS or bash?

I installed the three you gave me, thanks again. I dl'd Weather - All Natural but couldn't install it because it requires Wrye Bash and that thing requires more stuff and it all got very confusing. Especially the use of Wrye Bash itself.

The basic use of Wrye Bash (making a bashed patch) is pretty easy, once you get the hang of it. The hardest part, IMO, is installation - you need a whole crapload of files to make that thing work. You don't look like you really need it, though.

My suggestion: Defrag the hard drive. I was crashing horribly last night playing both Oblivion and Fallout, then I checked my frag status: 13% overall, 33% files (it was from removing MS Office and upgrading to IE8, among other things). :shakehead: So, yeah, I'm sure that will help immensely.

Doesn't #3 cover the first one...as in redundant.... this is just a guess tho...I dont run Open city's but sure looks like it to me....Might want to look into this...


EDIT ..you say you have Bash up an running..it would help everyone if you used that to post your Load order ,
Bash Gives the Version number your using. Right click header and chose " List Mods" Then paste it here .


I was told to update Harvest [Flora].esp to the newest ....3.0.1 See if thats the version you have...

No ideas? I can try just loading up groups of mods to find the culprit, but is that safe with a bashed patch?
