I just bought Fallout 3 GOTY this morning off of Steam and was so excited to play it when BAM. Fallout says "Nope. You may not pass Go." And by that I mean it froze. I got to my "Special" book and the game just locked up but the background noise kept going. It was pretty frustrating considering it has happened 4 times already. I know that lots of other people have been having this same problem but I have had no luck with the other responses. Now lets get into the good stuff, my computer specs.
Just a heads up, I built this PC so it isn't from any manufacturer.
