Crashing upon Launching

As the title suggests, my problem is Oblivion keeps on crashing everytime I start it. Wyre Bash Checked boxes are all green and Iam not sure if it is my load Order. Here is my List please help me out, thanks in advanced.

I think it's definitely todo with the load order, in fact i'd say the mods you use together.
If I were you get the utility Oblivion Conflict Detector. what it does is scans your data folder for conflicts and then tells you how bad it is.
Red=Major
Orange=Bad
Green=Minor
Blue=None
then narrow it down to the compatible mods you want and uninstall the rest.

I think it's best for a reinstall then before installing a mod check the conflict.
