Crashing when approaching Whiterun. : V

After spending hours making my Skyrim relatively stable with mods, I finally started a playthrough. It was going well, only crashing every few hours, but then I approached Whiterun and crashed immediately. I figured it had something to do with ETaC, but I had no other town mods that I thought would conflict with it. I installed the ETaC patch and patched everything, and now I can get closer to Whiterun but I still crash. Any help would be appreciated.
