Crashing when I try to continue or start new game

Thanks for reading and responding,

Recently i've been playing fallout 4 a lot on my computer. Up until a few days ago I cannot play Fallout at all. When I open Fallout, it goes to the start up screen with all the options. I go to click play and it goes full screen perfectly normal. It goes to the main menu with all the options and I've tried to start a new game and continue my old one. However, every time I do either one of those my screen turns black and completely ends the task with no pop up or anything. It didn't happen any other times Ive played the game. But just recently I cannot fix it. I've tried switching to windows mode, switching the resolution, I have more than enough sufficient memory, this computer is less than 6 months old. I haven't tried deleting and reinstalling but i guess I could try that (not sure if that would work either). I was just wondering if there was an easier quicker option that someone might know of or used themselves. My specs are as followed:

-Windows 10

-AMD FX™-6300 Six Core-Processor

-RAM=8gb

-64-bit operating system, x64 based processor.

I watched random youtube videos of other people that are having the same issue and none seem to be working for me or are the same exact issue as far as specs and interface. Any help would be nice. I'm not amazing at computers so if you could be detailed in your response that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You are running the game on your APU right, not a dedicated gpu?

If so you will have to revert the patch http://www.speedrun.com/Fallout_4/thread/fvo80until you buy a dedicated video card.
