CS Crashing Whenever I Edit a Mod

I've been trying to edit Overmind's Battlehorn Castle Enhanced to suit it more to my style. Loading it up the first time works just fine, however whenever I change anything and save it (or touch nothing at all and just save,) and try to reload it, the CS crashes on me. It only does it when I try editing this mod as well, so I know it's something funky with the file, and there are some errors when I load it for the first time. The error goes something like "Non-parent from 'BattlehornBedroomAreaReceiptSCRIPT' (0100B0A4) exists in both file 'BattlehornCastlesEnchanced.esp' and 'DLCBattlehornCastle.esp' Continue playing Yes/No?" I get this error as well as over 100 more similarly worded errors which I assume are scripts and objects shared by both the original and BC enhanced. But I really have no idea how serious these errors are.
When I tried to contact the author about it he more or less said my system hates the file for whatever reason because his files opens just fine. This doesn't really sound right to me, so could a few people try to download it (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13853) save it, and reload it to see if it crashes the CS for you? If it doesn't, when why would my system reject it and what can I do about it?

Did you make the Battlehorn castle DLC a master? Overmind's mod would need to have the DLC as a master.
