I'm not particularly well versed in Fallout lore, but I am quite the fan of crazy, fundamentalist cult-like factions. What kind do you expect/hope will make an appearance in the game?
I imagine there is no real shortage of them in Fallout lore.

well pretty much there has been atleast one in every fallout
fallout- children of the cathedral, brotherhood of steel
fallout 2- hubologists, brotherhood of steel
fallout 3- children of the atom, botherhood of steel
new vegas- legion, brotherhood of steel, repcon ghouls
I probably missed some but you can see there are alot. The brotherhood is guaranteed for fallout 4 at least.
Cannibal cults are always a favorite of mine.
Who/what's that?
Did someone say cult?
"Each of us shall give birth to a billion stars formed from the mass of our wretched and filthy bodies."
Yeah, probably, the last two games had them.
Nice. I'd like to see them flesh out a cult and mythology around that for sure.
A tribe with a Protectoron as leader/god.
Come to think of it, some kind of android/robotic cult would actually make a heck of a lot of sense in this particular setting.
Wasn't there a creepy community of cannibals in Fallout 3 as well?
It would be interesting to see what will show up in this game.
It was kinda stupid that it was so empty....... (no quests, side missions, intressting objects you want to explore)
I think it was a wasted oppurtunity
I'd like to see a real industrialized cannibal community though, sort of like the one from season 5 of The Walking Dead. I want to see rooms full of lined up bodies, I want to see disconcerting machinery caked in blood and human remains. I'd also like the option to join them and hunt/farm humans for them or at least sit down to dinner with them, not that I'd do so, hehe. Maybe their belief systems revolve around consuming flesh allowing them to transcend being human and become closer to god(s) or something along those lines.
Yes but if you didn`t read the wiki or watch some vids you would never know it. (like i didn`t knew in my 1st walkthrough)
Like that Little Lamplight quest, eh . Good reasons (or reasons, at least) for it being unmarked, I imagine, as there was with the Little Lamplight one, hehe.
Nah, enslaving and selling a 6 year old girl into what was heavily implied to be sixual slavery.
