I decided to start over and remake my character. I chose Stealth, Guns, and Explosives as my tags. When I can choose the Tag! perk I'll pick either melee or speech. Needless to say, this character is a blast. Frag mines for traps, silenced weapons, long range sniper rifles, it's amazing. When I get Boone I can only imagine what it's going to be like. :foodndrink: :fallout: :toughninja: :hubbahubba: :flamethrower:

*Bump* anyone have any tips for what gear is best for me? I'm in the early stages, so help is appreciated. Best rifle, best silenced weapon, etc.

If your really early in the game I would go with a silenced varmint rifle as the silencer is somewhat common if u keep checking the shops in goodsprings and novac and its only around 150caps. It can put out most early enemies in 1 or 2 hits when sneaking. As far as armor goes leather armor seems to provide decent protection and i believe its lighweight and u should run across it fairly soon. Not sure what to say about explosives tho ive never used em, my character atm is just a heavy gunner who charges in head first.
