So I was in riverwood fighting a dragon with a bow. I took some pot shots up in the air at it. Long story short dragon defeated and I'm on my way back up around bleak falls barrow.

All the sudden I look down and see a bunch of arrows sticking straight down into the ground. They were MY arrows I shot earlier.

Mind blown.

I am amazed they went that far and did not vanish.

I may have to try and hit a bandit or something next time.

except after a certain distance they will not hit/damage what you are shooting at.....

I was in a town once and shot an arrow strait up in the air, a minute later I see that I got a fine for attacking someone, I guess it landed on someone.

I tried to hit some bandit one time with a bow artillery style.

After about 5 minute of trying, I gave up. I'm usually really good
with indirect projectiles in game, but I cant seem to master it here.

Maybe there is a mechanic that keeps it from working well.
