Yeah, that could be sort of an archery-clutter-weapon.

Reminds me of the Rock-it Launcher from Fallout 3.

Yeah, that could be sort of an archery-clutter-weapon. First thing that came to my mind was either fighting with a broom as a two handed weapon or a spoon as a one handed weapon.

and here I was thinking me using a woodcutter's or pick axe was funny XD
should definitely add this (I was really disappointed you couldn't equip the broom)

"Book of Mysticism" Any Magic Tree 100: Your Mysticism spells cost half the magicka.
"A Warm Bed" Conjuration 40: You can now conjure up a warm bed. Only guards can sleep on this bed.
"Master of the Beams" Destruction 10: You can now cast Frostbite, Flames, and [Novice shock spell (forgot name)] consuming half the magicka.

Archery
Adventurer's Bane: 10% chance of a paralizing knee-shot.

Sneak
Overkill: Sneak attacks with daggers that do 15x damage now do 15x more damage

Musical: 20% chance of finding flutes, lutes and drums in chests. (But you still can't play them).

Prostitution: You can now sleep in owned beds. In fact, NPCs will pay you gold for doing so. (If caught by a guard, you may be fined or jailed). (50% chance of contracting a disease).

Two Handed: "Warhammer of the Follower"
This perk equips your current follower to be your new Warhammer, with a damage output set to your followers level. Unfortunately, it will slow you down quite considerably, also dependant on whose your current follower.

Lockpicking: "Potato finder"
Find more potatoes in barrels.

Pickpocket: "No pockets"
Carrying capacity is decreased by 100 %. Warning: all questlines will take considerably longer time to finish.

Potatoes are actually useful!, If you Roleplay and help the farmers harvest their crops =)
