A Dunmer who smokes his tobacco all day and has a voice so raspy that you can't understand him. The dunmer is a begger and is always following you around and giving you your items when you drop them and then DEMANDING a tip for his efforts. When you decline he will take out his nail hammer and attack you, you need only say FUS to this little guy and he will go flying. Later to say sorry in a voice you cant understand.

Jacques Brutia: A male Breton with an extremely hyperactive nature, Jacques appears from time to time, runs up to the Player Character and spits out one line of dialogue, then disappears so quickly that nobody in Skyrim can recall anyone having ever successfully replied to anything he says. Well, at least not directly to Jacques...he's actually touched off a couple of conversations that were spoken of for years, but he apparently can't be bothered to stick around and participate in them. Nobody knows for sure where he comes from, or where he disappears to- only that what he says as he blazes past will surely be interesting in some way.

Dark Awesome Shadow Destroyer Murderer (yes, that's his name)

An impressionable Argonian guy in Dark Brotherhood gear who hasn't yet qualified to get into the DB by killing someone in cold blood, despite years of trying. The first time you meet him, he'll be stealthed behind you and hit you for 1 point of damage. This initiates a conversation with him where he will act all jittery and try to play it off as if he didn't just stab you with his dagger. If you ask him about his Dark brotherhood clothes, he'll swear up and down that he's the best assassin the DB has seen in centuries and he'll boast about doing something that was actually something YOU did in a quest. If you call him on that he'll get pissed, say you're an idiot, cast chameleon on himself and run away. If you are in the Dark Brotherhood and have a high enough speechcraft, you can convince him to commit seppuku on himself to die honorably instead of you killing him.

Name: Effiyu Plaeer
Race: Bosmer (what else?)
Behavior: He will see you as the absolute coolest person ever and will insist on following you wherever you go, to the ends of the earth. And he will. Doesn't matter, from the highest mountains of Skyrim, to the most treacherous of caverns, and the most posh of castles, he'll be by your side. If you get arrested, he'll visit you everyday in prison. If you tell him to scram, he won't listen to you. If you tell him to wait, he won't. He will constantly ask you inane question, or tell pointless anecdotes everywhere you go, and will betray your position to enemies. He is no good in combat, will never improve, and will never fight back, just stand back and scream. Enemies will never target him. He will not carry any of your items for you. And in the rare case where you both get separated, he is programmed to eventually track you down regardless, even if the game has to warp him to your location.

I would love a annoying little wood elf Bard that follows you with his lute and sings a song for most quest related situations, mostly making you seem dumb in them for not making the choices he would have. Also, his voice would sound like the green guy in this video. Mayhaps sans the cursing. xD

How about a Bard that serenades you with ballads that only make fun of you? Like in Monty Python in the Holy Grail.

"Hail the hero Dragonborn, she comes to bravely save the day
She bravely sees the dragon come, she bravely starts to run away
Who can fathom a hero's mind, I'm sure she'll save us given time
A Dragonborn would never say "Haha, Eff you, got mine!"

Also, he could cop an attitude when not singing, and just be a general jerkface.

Adoring Flargthir

Flargthir falls out of the sky infront of you at a random point in the game, he doesn't die and instantly goes to you, he will ask for coins and will keep on asking until your broke or say no, upon which he will rage and storm off. notice he doesnt die, and everytime you strike him a Dragon will attack, but it will not give you any shouts or Souls and your skills wont raise during the fight, and all the while Flargthir will run around screaming by azura by azura by azura, until the dragon dies, which is reletively easy to kill.

an undetermined amount of time later, no matter where you are, or what you are doing Flargthir will interrupt what ever you are doing and will initiate conversation with you starting with the statement "I have a feeling you and I are about to get -very- close" , he will follow you constantly so that the conversation doesnt break until you give into his requests or tell him to ***** off, he will also ask for money unless you give in to his demands

If not he rages and storms off.

after the 3rd time Flargthir will Return doned in the strongest most badass armor availible no where else in the game, and he will try to kill you.

he's also the only person in the game with Attributes an will have them all maxed out, he will also have the only sanctuary enchantment in the game, allowing him to phase out your weapon strikes to simulate the annoyance in Morrowind. he also fights with his fists and kicks to make a mockery of what you can't do :evil:

he can also absorb your dragon shouts and spite them back at you, and finally he can become a dragon after nearly dying, and you still can't absorb his soul

ftw.
