First post doesn't apply to making the topic. Is usually the first reply.

For my kind of faction: I would like to see a group of soldiers. Think of how guys in SpecOps are. Their own equipment, and all non-standard procedures, and are quick and have survivalist skills and personalities. Would he cool to have a small faction who are kind of like mercs, but do their own thing. Guerilla tactics. I think it would be awesome.

My faction would be a cult of people who worship radiation. They believe that the Great War was the creator of the new world and that radiation left over from this event turned deity holds certain powers, most of which are in the form of transformation and cleansing. They consider ghouls to be the most perfect living beings since they've been exposed to so much radiation and most of their leaders are ghouls. Their ultimate goal is the purification of the world by bathing it in radiation.

Think Children of Atom from Fallout 3 but more violent and radical.

A band of ghoul mercenaries who set out on equal rights for ghouls by assassinating bigots and people who just generally hurt the ghoul population. They're good guys in a way, but way too lethal, cold and merciless to be liked by even other ghouls.
Think five or six Mister Crowleys, but wearing suits, smoking ciggies, and who play blackjack in their spare time. Experts at their work.

JIMS TACO'S- the number one taco supplier to both N.C.R and Caesars legion. they are universally loved. Caesars legion and N.C.R have been known to put aside there diffrences and eat taco's together. the lead taco scientist paid a courier to deliver a package containing a secret recipe to Jims secret underground lab.... sadly the package never arrvied

A small army devoted to purging the wasteland of the weak, the mutated, the radiated.

They all wear some sort of gas mask or bio-hazard suit, and their favorite weapons are Big guns and the flamethrower.

They are looked down upon by the common wastelanders due to their harsh treatment of wastelanders. They shoot/burn ghouls on sight, kill anything that has been mutated (Death claws, super mutants, mutated animals, etc), and will burn down any town they find weak, and corrupted by mutation and radiation. (For example, Underworld).

They hold out in a fortress in the middle of the desert, and send out death squads around the wastelands "Cleaning" anything in sight.

My style of faction is already in :celebration: Let it be known that on my second playthrough I will bring about a revival of the glorious Roman Empire!

But.... what about a faction of crazed scientific cultists/tribals who are obsessed with technology, particularly energy weapons. They believe the weapons to be magical devices and those best skilled in maintaining/operating them are considered shamans/wizards. They should also have a Byzantine law system, full of laws, bylaws, loopholes, and redundancies. For laughs.

West Side Story was the chief inspiration, but I also have a delusional desire to settle post-apocalyptic street gang disputes through a Dance Dance Revolution-style mini-game.

Man i hate processed cheese!!!! I'm eating a chicken wrap right now and the idiots have put a grated up cheese stick in it instead of real cheese. I used to eat cheese sticks but then i turned 3 and became able to taste the difference between real cheese and yellow dog crap....sorry keep talking

A group of friendly Super Mutants that live somewhere in Mojave..
They're really friendly,and willing to trade with anyone,unless you shoot their face or piss them off.. It will happen like this:
1. You shot them :gun:
2.They make this face> :flame:
3.They swear at you> :swear:
4.Oh No! Super Mutant ninjas (WTH!?)!! :blink: :toughninja:
5A.You fight and then the whole group turns into a group of Super Mutant ninjas :toughninja:
5B.You run and leave them alone for 1 week :bolt:
