I like that concept!
I had one dead-is-dead character who was not exactly like this, but unpredictable and mentally unstable (and for the most of the time, drunk). When she was denied entrance to Whiterun, she jumped from a guard tower and died. (I didn't expect her to die, because I've made that jump before and survived.) But if she had survived longer, she was supposed to go about the quests in a random manner and act upon her immediate feelings.
