Creating an Enchanted Weapon

Hallo,

I need some advice on how to create a special weapon for a Telvanni Archmagister. A weapon that does not kill but makes the victim defenceless and ready to be "disarmed and arrested". I have tested a combination but it seems not to be working as intended. I'm trying to create the weapon just by enchanting an ebony staff, no modding involved, yet.

The RPG idea is to play an Archmagister who is capable of subduing and dominating his opponents, arresting them for interrogation or jail them for their offences.

I planed to cast "Calm Humanoid" on an attacking NPC then "Command Humanoid" and while in controll add him as an companion with Meliants Teleport Mod. Now I can go back to the stronghold dungeon and summon my companion in a prison cell - now he's in custody but has all his weapons and armor with him. A pretty dangerous prisoner. Now I need the enchanted weapon.

The ebony staff is good for enchantments and I put an "Cast on Strike" "Drain Fatigue" with magnitude 150 to 150 for a few seconds, it is "Cast on Target".

The ebony staff should drain all fatigue from the NPCs and throw them to the ground for some seconds so I can pickpocket their possession. The problem is that some NPC (like guards) never go down and I can't take the stuff from NPCs I wish to: allmost all keep their weapon and armour.

I guess I must add disintegrate armour and weapon enchantments to the staff to make it work, but it might be to much to put into the staff. The problem with NPCs still not going down could still persist.

Does anybody know if I can achive this ingame without creating a modded version of the staff?

Thanks.

From my experience using the Calm Humanoid spell has the best result due to for having low spell cost while the Command Humanoid has a higher spell cost.

So I suggest that you create a special enchantment mod in CS, which shouldn't be too difficult to do.

In case you forgot, but you still have http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Aryon%27s_Helper#Gloves and the left glove has a command humanoid spell.
