I am creating the complaint ticket like the e-mail from Bethesda said. My saved game that I have made $30 in purchases keeps crashing back to the desktop after 47 seconds. I have done the following. 1. Backed up my 3 saved vaults to the PC. (all had data in them) 2. Un-installed the game. 3. Deleted UPDATES from Google Play. 4. Cold Booted phone. 5. Updated Google Play. 6. Installed Fallout Shelter. 7. Opened Fallout Shelter and created a new vault. Played for 15 minutes doing all the first steps. (It works so far) 8. Shut off and Cold Booted again. 9. Rebooted Galaxy S6 Active and started Fallout Shelter and played saved vault 1 for a few minutes. (still working) 10. Copied Saved Vault 2 and 3 from previous installation. 11. Vault 2 was the one I spent $30 on. Vault 3 was a game that only just started and not even had completed all the pre-task. 12. Vault 2 crashed to desktop after 47 seconds. Just like it did before. Just like it did when I copied the save files to my Samsung 8" tablet. 13. VAULT # 3 WORKED FINE. I PLAYED FOR SEVERAL MINUTES. IT WORKED PAST THE 47 SECOND MARK.

What does all this mean? It means Bethesda you have stolen $30 from me.

My problem is obviously between my vault 2 that I have payed money for items and Google Playstore.

I got a refund from Google Play Store. I also made a mistake. I purchased the 40 Lunch Boxes and 2 sets of Mr. Handys when they were on sale.

YES: Bethesda knows there is a problem with people who have made purchases.

Good to know that you like the game, even I heard the same from one of my friends but I never played it.
Yes, we have the feedback on this Bethesda Fallout Shelter game and this has been documented our developers team are working on it.
Hope that this gets resolved soon.
I recommend you not to make any purchases further until this issue gets resolved by the developer team.

If you have made in game purchase and your game will not play you should get a refund. Of course that means ALL those hours you played will have been for nothing.
