Creation Kit Rendering Issue

A tiny bit of background here first. I'm trying to make my Dawnguard Sentries Plus mod Open Cities compatible. I read Arthmoor's article page at the Nexus and pretty well have it figured out (i think).

The area I'm running iinto trouble with though is that the CK is leaving hunks of terrain missing when I try to look into the Tamriel Worldspace instance of the cities. Hitting F5 to refresh doesn't help anything either. I also did a google searh and followed a suggestion to increase UGridsToLoad to 9 with no luck. I would post a linked screenie, but it's not allowing me to. Permissions for newbies here or something I guess.

About two weeks back when I was working on the mod way past the time I should have gone to bed, I did something similar in Riften by accident. Because of that, I know the terrain will be missing in game also:

Needless to say, I don't want to repeat that mess, lol. I'd understand this if I had a lousy PC, but mine is more than powerful enough to run Skyrim or the CK: 3.0ghz quad core AMD cpu, PNY brand Nvidia 730GTS card with 2 gb of VRAM, and 8 GB of DDR3 RAM all on a ASUS Crossfire IV MB. Not leading edge tech, but again more than enough horsepower for this.

At any rate, if annyone has any fixes for this rendering issue, I'd greatly appreciate it.

This may be a LOD issue. I had a similar problem when creating my first worldspace mod. I altered terrain with landscape editor and in game I had big chunks of terrain missing. I solved it by deleting all the lod files (make sure you back them up if in doubt) and regenerating the lod using Oscape.
