So I started an assassin type wood-elf, and am trying to make some money by murdering rich people and taking there money. I thought it would be fun (and because hes kind of a weak character at level 6) to murder people in creative ways. I'd like to try and make it an accident, I also try to scout out their houses and find out where they go during the day. Any tips, or ways anybody like to murder someone in the game effectively?

My current character likes to command them. This can be done in front of guards. Lead them to a cliff or, as she likes, lead them to the top of the Wizard's Tower, and push them off. You do not get a murder count by pushing.

Casting a frenzy spell is not considered an offensive act. If you cast one on an NPC as they walk past a guard, the NPC will happily commit 'suicide by guard'. You can then chat with the guard as you loot the body.

If in private, you can use Senior Cinco's idea of a command spell with a twist. While under your command, nick your new friend with a poison one time. He won't go hostile as the poison works and you can talk to him as he dies. Some NPCs can make this a bit more complicated by drinking a potion or casting a spell to heal themselves.

Reverse pickpocketing a zero weight hood of torture is kind of creative and safe as well.
