Creature Diversity Compatibility ?

Post » Wed Sep 01, 2010 10:42 am

I have a question regarding the mod Creature diversity. I use OOO/MMM and It say in the read me not compatible with oooo/mmm unless wyre is used. I would like to know if anyone is currently using this mod with ooo/mmm. Also if it will work with wyre and not cause any mesh missing issues?

Was actually going to ask the same quetion in the FCOM thread but I will use this one instead.

First, this is the mod: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=26634

My question is will this work with the FCOM levelled list or are they all renamed and changed beyond recognition.
Basically my question is this: Is this compatible or will it alter the creatures back to vanilla ones meaning everything is leveled to the players level.

It will work as long as you merge the leveled lists using Wrye Bash, however, the creatures from creature diversity will not have their levels adjusted to fit in with the overhauls you are using and will be leveled like vanilla creatures. It will not affect the leveling of other creatures in the leveled lists though.

If you are using something like Frans or TIE this mod should be fine, however, I wouldn't recommend it with OOO/MMM or FCOM, as MMM covers almost all the creatures in Creature Diversity to begin with and both those overhaul combination's have largely static leveling, which creature diversity won't follow.
