Creatures and Doors

What determines if a creature can use a load door?

I created a creature, gave it a package to go through a door and it just stood there looking at it. I then made a copy of Bailey (RenaDog02), gave it the same package and it used the door just fine. I then replaced Baily's model with the one I was using, and again it managed to open the door in good order.

I notice that in the Fallout construction set, this a flag that can be set on a creature by creature basis. So is there an equivalent option in the Oblivion Construction Set?

I could be swinging theories around full of .... but isn't the npc's "ability" to use doors dependant on it's own intelligence? At least with the follow packages used if the npc is really dumb and below 30 it's too dumb to follow something through a simple door.

Well looking back through what I did, the creature I made did have lower int (5) than Baily (30). So its a possible explanation, I will check in game later.

Edit: Actually, now I know what I am looking for its in the Construction Set Wiki under Intelligence: 'Actors with an intelligence of 30 and above will be able to follow through doors'.
