Cazadores are just slightly annoying really though... They aren't hard or deadly like Deathclaws are.
However, that Cazaclaw idea... No idea if I should be more scared of it or FOE's Hellhounds more now...
These overpowered ghouls with like 1 Million HP from Fallout 3 DLC.
The mirelurks look like they're some sort of new subspecies, so that's interesting.
I'd like other new sea monsters and new variants of Yao Guais as well. It'd also be interesting for region specific animals to make an appearance (as a former New Englander, all I can think of are lots and lots of raccoons, deer, and squirrels).
I really like this idea. I liked how there seemed to be a sort of mystical vibe built around the wildlife in the Honest Hearts DLC by the locals and it would be cool if some creature like this had a sort of myth made by the locals about it (inspired by pre-war myths).
I could do without supermutants (maybe if there's a story reason, like they were pushed north by the CWBoS or something). I really like the idea of multiple stages of degradation among ghouls though, that sounds cool.
I must concur with the http://monkey-paw.deviantart.com/art/Wendigo-118179155?q=favby%3AVATROU%2F60307407&qo=50 idea, just imagine the linked creature as some sort of mutated Moose. Why a Moose? Because they are already dangerous and a mutated one would certainly match those of myth.
Also different types of Ghouls in stages of degradation as you put it would be interesting to see as well, perhaps those starting to Glow or thoroughly decompose. My only worry is that they may become too zombie like.
I wouldn't mind as long as it was done realistically. Not like the automatic complete respawning like there was in Oblivion. Something more random and gradual would be OK though.
Everyone seems to be convinced that those things in the grocery store were feral ghouls but they didn't look like that to me. Maybe there is some kind of plague or disease going around.
Or skyrim. Clear place of bandits. Few days later same bandits are back, in the same places following same paths -.- A set of different creatures moving in would be a nice addition and keep it changing, clear a building of ghouls and a few days later raiders have moved in with some loot, clear them and giant ants move in for easy food.
Mutated bats, racoons, opossums and deer.
Someone has pointed out that it appears female feral ghouls are now in the game, instead of every ghoul being non-gendered.
I am pretty sure in one of the fallout bibles it was outright stated that all cats died during the great war, but I might be thinking about horses.
Anyway I am pretty sure we will encounter, Supermutants, Ghouls, Deathclaws as they are standart creatures of fallout. Centaurs, Yao-guai and Mirelurks might also appear. I would like to see wanamingo (maybe) and some new never seen before creatures and maybe the return of geckos.
giant red socks running around and stealing people's feet-warmers
I would love to see a RoboCat. A cat with robot parts just like the dogs. I can see some doctor/scientist with such a cat.
What about birds ?
Nobody mentioned them, it would be cool if we had some giant mutated birds.
Anyone know what this is? http://i.imgur.com/qEEIuzX.png
I don't recall ever seeing a short crab-like thing in Fallout before.
I would be great to have some creatures that can attack us in Water. In Fallout 3 I used the water way as a highway system. No danger at all.
It would be great to have Mirelurks try to pull us under water and drown us. We can only use knives and such to defend ourselves.
And if you don't have knifes in your inventory?
