Creatures stuck in their place

Hello guys,
Just like the title says, I notice an odd thing happening with hostile creatures.
In brief they "want" to attack me (they assume offensive position and so on), but they cannot move to me, they just stay there in offensive position and attack me once I go colose to them (or with ranged spells).
If they don't notice me, they move normally, the problem comes only if they're in fight.
My pet seems not to be affected, but sometimes it "teleports" himself behind me, when in fight.

Stuck AI, Non Responsive AI - overstressing of your computer cause it. or sometimes even mods..

Do not see anything in your load order that could be causing it directly..You are already using Spawn Rate Reduced

Remove Travellers4MMMHostileFaction since that only work with 4MMM Version you are using 4OOO Version.

Make sure Kragenir's Death Quest and HeartoftheDead are lastest version

Harvest Flora make sure that is 3.0.1 Version

ActorsHaveTorches.esp you could disable this and see if that help's any.

Remove Alivewaters to see if that make a difference has well.

Thanks for your help.
I did everything you said but the problem still presented, so I tried to disable the last added mod (Death Overhaul) and now the creatures are not stuck anymore... Strange thing, because It does not handle AI in any way.... I'll try to see if there is a replacement for it.
