Okay, I'm new to fallout and the one thing I hate most are those feral ghouls who abnormally charge at you without a second thought. I really like the concept of the game, so I try not to let this stop me from playing. I noticed there is a remedy to this as I go through the perks: ghoulish. How does this perk work at level 3? Is "randomly" defined by low chance? I have no problem with other creatures such as death claws everyone is talking about but feral ghouls, no please. I understand the ghouls are a major part of fallout for most, but not for me! If they're not feral, then I'm fine. If anyone know a way to make them less aggressive, I would appreciate you share that info with me! Thank you.
