Crime and bounty problems

My character recently killed some people in Hackdirt, resulting in a bounty of 1080 gold, which I now can't get rid of. The guards don't arrest me even if I talk to them, and everyone else says only I HAVE NO GREETING when I try talking to them. Assaulting someone does not help either; it only says I have a bounty of 40 gold and then I get sent to the prison in IC, regardless of where I was before, or if I chose to pay the fine. Also, the fine (which should be 40) is still on 1080. Using player.setcrimegold doesn't affect that either.

I use Bash, Bashed Patch, Boss and OBSE, and I've got Shivering Isles with the latest patch. Here's my load order:

The main mods I use are All Natural, Cobl, Unique Landscapes, Supreme Magicka and Harvest [Flora].

I tried deactivating Alternate Start Revamped, but that didn't help at all :/

Out of curiosity might you have used a mod-added spell or something of the sort to move between the Shivering Isles and the main world? I seem to recall the 'I HAVE NO GREETING" issue occurring if you move between the two worldspaces without using the door. Just a thought; hope it helped ;)

Actually, I did... The house mod Enchanted Druid Treehome had some sort of teleport to SI, and I triggered it by mistake. o_O I'll try reloading just before I did that.
