i was wondering if you guys have any good ideas for how we should be dealt with by the law in skyrim, the toddler talks about it here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztopdt6fY-U at about 1:55 but doesnt go into very much detail. I would like to see guards who react intelligently to crimes so stealing a spoon means guards(and npcs) would just be like put that back not dragging your sorry ass to jail over some misplaced cutlery, i also think crimes should actually have to be reported guards shouldnt automatically know when youve commited a crime, also friends should be less likely to report you for stealing than someone who dislikes you. I think prisons should also feel more alive with more prisoners and maybe gangs and other people of a nerfarious nature. Thoughts, feelings but please no flames :flamethrower:

I think everyone pretty much agrees with these points.

If guards are as stupid, I hope they add a slap on the head move into the combat system this time.
