Quick question: I'm basing my character around close assault, i.e. forcing hand to hand and disarming, accurate pistol shots. Is it OK to attack weapons based characters and "disarm" them?

Yeah thats fine, just don't over do it. I mean, don't run up to every enemy and disarm them, lol. I'm sure you know that already though. :P

I meant it more of as, if someone holds me hostage, I can disarm them, or if they pull a gun on me in my face I can. I won't overdue it is general combat though.

I just can't decide on what my characters occupation should be. I mean, we can't enough cops, rangers, and an assassin? Whatever, I was thinking technician or doctor, whatcha think? otherwise I'll be stuck here all night. Also, is there anyone who is over 30?

I think a doctor would be a good idea, since crimes are starting.

No one over 30 so far, and yes I do think it's kind of strange to have an assassin in a peaceful city. Shocking Expression, would you mind changing your occupation? It just doesn't fit. Sorry. :( Everyone make sure you read all of the character sheets, or i'll send my army of ninja out to get you.

My thinking process has stopped. For some reason all I can think of is the letter W and the number 4. Do they look similar to anyone? Anyway, my point was that it may take all night before it gets posted

Well, he is only 21, so having both skills in repairing and electronics seems unlikely and the need of a technician still valid, though medic would be better.
