Not sure if this A. has been posted or B. If this is a bug. I was working on Bitter Springs Infirmary Blues, and I need to visit the Crimson Caravan guy for something. However, I can't find him anywhere. Does he only show up after you do their initial mission, or am I in trouble? This would be the first quest killing glitch I've had
