Hello I got attacked with a spear taking 1 in damage but it crippled my left arm. Now i can't use the sniper rifle, one arm weapons.
So i tried to go to a doc to fix this ALL of them says that i'm in perfect condition or "you dont need my services right now" WTH... I browsed the net for something about this.
And found information that there should be a doc in Vault 13 that could fix you up. Guess what he said? -the same as everyone else.. So I'm still Radiated and Crippled but a well edicated doc says I'm just fine.
And heal my self is useless too cause "i'm not in need of any healing" as it says.

Help me please if there is something that i do wrong let me know about it please.

Normally if you're crippled you cannot correct it with first aid, and must use Doctor (I'm guessing you did this already).
If a successful use of the Doctor skill did not help, then I'd strongly think its a bug of some kind.
