I'm trying to damage individual body parts of the Player using the Condition Actor Values, like PerceptionCondition for the head. I've read elsewhere on the forum that if that value is zero, the associated body part is considered crippled. I thought this would put the dashed line around the body part in the CND Window of the Pipboy like it does during game play but it doesn't seem to do that.
How does one cripple the Player's limbs complete with the dashed line to indicate such in the status window?
