Crossdressing for an increase in charisma

The problem is that you are asserting your opinion as if it were a fact: "If you are a male and put on a dress you don't look better."

Stop it.

I like this logic. "Finally! I look as good as I feel!"

Had a friend test it not ten minutes ago. It works as intended.

"Holier than thou PC king"? Er, what? Is this a console versus PC debate? Well, consoles get mods and my PC is only slightly above average, so at most I'm a PC count or an earl or something.

I have no idea what you're talking about, and must conclude that you are simply a thoroughly bizarre individual.

I only one question. Can you put outer armor on the dresses?

The charisma stat has obviously nothing to do with how good you look, since I can make a hideous, butt-ugly character and give them charisma 10 if I want, and I can make a gorgeous beauty and give them charisma 1 if I want. So whether a piece of apparel actually looks good or not on a character of a specific gender has no relevance to the stat it enhances.

I can also just wear a hat and my underwear and somehow my charisma is still enhanced simply by the fact that I am wearing a hat.

Edit: Now I have to ahead and do that...disturbing screenshots of bears in underpants and hats coming up...

The unbelievable thing to me is that you can pick that hideous bald-with-combover hairstyle and still potentially have more than 1 charisma :P

Well don't wear a dress if it bothers you. I don't. My guy just wears a T-shirt and Jeans and gets a +2 to CHR. Add a Militia Hat and some Black Framed glasses and you're all set.

GECK will fix that, because to my knowledge, legit official mods are still coming to the console versions. For now, all you have is the invisible layer of ballistic weave, which is ridiculously overpowered and can make your pretty dress more bulletproof than the average suit of armor. Join the Railroad, we have bulletproof newsboy hats because that's awesome! (The selection is sadly very tiny, though...)

I think the ballistic weave hats are a bug.
