Crowdfunded continued support and further DLCs

Post » Tue Apr 16, 2013 4:58 am

Just an idea that crossed my mind.

What if Beth hired some young talents, concept artists, and maybe even modders, and constituted tiny crowdfunded "satellite" teams (for example, thanks to Kickstarter, or by submitting small-scope DLCs to the vote of the public and then asking for Paypal pledge from the fans)? It would allow the coming of further DLCs without hindering the development of their major projects or svcking their funds away. Further, it would allow talented people to come into Bethesda, and would provide a future think tank/recruitment tank to Bethesda...

What do you think about it ?

They should outsource the development of further DLCs to a trusted developer although I can't say I' m happy this thing turned out: they gave ambiguous messages to their customers no matter what thir PR department says now.

The only developers that could be trusted are Obsidian or CDProjekt RED

There's loads of DLC already available, just go to the nexus!
Obviously that's only if you're on PC, but nevertheless it's still there! :D
