I have a question;
I started the crowley quest about the keys and I got all the keys from the poepl with only killing dave. I then went to tenpenny and he said to kill crowley. I killed crowley and Then the quest pointer kept pointing at tenpenny, So I killed tenpenny. The quest thing says I have to give the keys to crowley but he is dead???!!! Should I go to the fort anyway and get the armour with the keys?

Get da armour. Its good stuff. I understand thee ol' double cross, but shouldn't ya get paid or sumthin befo U waste both of em?

Go get the T-51b. It it the only way to finish the quest and recoeve the experience.

You could try to see if you can get it but when I got it I didn't have to kill crowley. The only reason my quest marker was pointing at him was in case I wanted to give him the keys. My other quest marker was point at where the armor was located so try checking the map and see if you have a way point. If that doesn't work try loading a recent save or use the console to get the armor(If your on PC).

When last did this quest (two days ago) even after collecting all the keys that map marker pointed to Crowley. You either have to:
1) Get the armor from the fort, completing the quest. After this Crowley will not speak to you.
2) Give the keys to Crowley, he will go to the fort and reappear a few daysater in the Underworld wearing it.
3) Talk to Crawley, but refuse to give him the keys. This turns everyone in the Underworld hostile.

Best thing you can do is to just go get the armor yourself.

While on the topic of this quest, anyone know where the room in the bunker where Crawley was locked in is?

I gave Crowley the keys,got paid,followed him to the metro,shot him and took back the keys.

Also, if you have the DLC Operation: Anchorage, complete the Crowley quest first. I had the quest "Shoot 'me in the head" and then decided to do the DLC. At the end, I picked up something and the Crowley quest automatically completed. It's a known glitch.
