Cruel cruel way to tease those who want guns.

Sure, but I fail to see how detonating a bomb in your hand would hurt the person next to you more than you.

It's a joke, calm it.

Or, the old inventor offers you the gun and when it fails to equip from your inventory, the dirty bastard says "What do think this, Fallout?! Dance, b****!" as he fires at your feet laughing maniacally.

That would be the funniest thing I would have seen in any elder scrolls game.

As GhoulishCheetah said,
I LOVE IT!

Ah. I can already see the threads started by prepubascent teens popping up whining about the fact that they can't have the gun, not realizing that the whole entire quest line was just a giant easter egg. 'Tis glorious indeed.

Although, knowing the PC mod community, some kid will make a working version of that gun that shoots fireballs that do 9999999999999999 damage or something... :shakehead:

For those sceptic enough to say that you should be more wounded then the other guy, I say you are wrong! If a shrapnel piece hit the head or the heart on the guy beside you, but only a leg or arm on you... Then who will die?
Also, while I am too lazy to quote GhoulishCheetah on page 1, I will still have the quote here, however fake it may be:
I LOVE IT!

"Calm it"? Did I seem excited or agitated when I said that?

It's a gun, not a bomb.

Er, if the gun EXPLODES it is a bomb... Yeah, a water bottle is not a bomb. But if I drop a chunk of dry ice in it and cap it, guess what. It is now a bomb.

Because the PC is always a demi-god ofcourse, or if we are trying to think logically, the barrel would explode outwards not backwards, so all of the shrapnel would be directed towards the gunsmith.

Sure let's have guns in TES. Are you sure you don't want a Land Rover as well? You could use it to travel round Skyrim. Hmm... maybe laser guns could be put in too come to think of it.

If you want to shoot stuff with guns. That's what COD + Fallout are for.

Guns do not exist in TES even the Dwemer didn't have any and used Crossbows.
:brokencomputer:

But eh that's not really the purpose of this thread...
No I don't want it.

So what if they do make a mod like that? they are tailoring the game to suit their preferences and it doesn't hurt you at all.

Seems pretty basic logic that you shouldn't hold a gun facing anyone you don't want to shoot

Who says folks want to shoot anything with it? It surely seems like the OP doesn't want to.

And the laser thing? Ya, I covered that last night..guess you weren't here for the other thread. I'm tellin' ya, it could really work! :)
