I want them to examine each quest and add AT LEAST two more options on how the quest can be completed. Also, add in more consequences where you can see the results of your choices. You spared those bandits that fell to their knees and begged for mercy? Later you find a small family home burned to the ground by those very same bandits. The witch offered you gold to turn the other cheek and you accepted it? A find a new quest in the next town where a curse has been placed on a young beautiful bride by some old hag.... wanna go give her the money back now?
It's already been stated the more quests but less big/option filled route was taken. So more traditional RPG Quests and TES quests vs Fallout/Witcher's more expanded but less in numbers quests.
A bunch will be flavor quests and the usual fetch with a hint of kill pestering animal quests.
This doesn't rule out that the other numerous quests won't have depth or good writing though.
Consequences is nice but consequences for every action isn't a possibility. However their little AI system and background statistics could help add in that extra flavor.
